Clik
Clik is a proposed digital wellness device and subscription that rewards screen-free time with shared family activities. The project connects a behavioral problem to product positioning and a commercial plan.
Families want more connection, but screen-time tools can feel either too easy to ignore or too restrictive. Our team explored a balance of accountability, flexibility, and tangible rewards.
The primary audience is quality-time seekers: family-oriented adults who want more present moments at home. The positioning centers on healthier routines and shared experiences, supported by caregiver-oriented branding.
I contributed to a collaborative proposal covering customer segments, competitive maps, brand identity, pricing, channel allocation, gamified rewards, and a three-year financial model.
The deck includes launch assumptions and financial projections. These are planning scenarios, not realized revenue, customer acquisition, or retention results.
Positioning becomes more useful when it guides concrete choices: whom to prioritize, what to charge, which channels to use, and why someone would stay.
