YouTube Shorts
Through the YouTube Shorts Activation Program, I developed content for an emerging short-form platform and brought my existing audience into a new viewing experience.
Shorts needed traction, while my channel needed a recognizable identity that could translate across platforms. The goal was to give viewers a reason to keep coming back.
I centered the channel on the daily lifestyle of a dancing high schooler, paired a regular posting schedule with fresh content ideas, and promoted videos on other social platforms.
I built a content calendar, produced short-form videos, and met regularly with the YouTube team to discuss insights and KPIs. My broader creator experience included partner communication and production scheduling.
The creator-scale metrics above come from my résumé and describe my broader Sandbox Network experience. My portfolio notes report channel growth during the Shorts program, but do not quantify program-specific results.
Consistency builds recognition. A clear identity makes it easier to experiment with formats while keeping the audience connected to the same creator.
